Application:1800 type U-shaped silicon molybdenum rod heating and special fixture are adopted for easy disassembly. High purity 99 corundum tube is used as furnace, which is clean and stable. It is used in high temperature experimental environment with different vacuum requirements and different atmosphere environment. With good peripheral expansibility, it can meet a variety of high-temperature experiments in Colleges and universities and scientific research institutes.

2. The intelligent program temperature controller has accurate control and can edit, store and call multi-stage programs
3. Furnace shell structure, double-layer furnace shell air cooling structure;
4. Stainless steel double-layer sealed water-cooled flange is adopted, and American standard needle valve is adopted for inlet and outlet valves
5. Adjustable flange support structure at both ends to prolong the service life of corundum pipe
6. LED panel,high strength, anti damage, all stainless steel button, durable
7. Overtemperature protection function, when the temperature exceeds the allowable setting value, the power will be cut off automatically
8. Safety protection, automatic power off when the furnace body leaks electricity
9. Type B thermocouple, accurate temperature control

1. Vacuum system (rotary vane mechanical pump, diffusion pump unit and molecular pump unit)
